Publication Ethics

Poultry Science Journal (PSJ) publishes original papers, research notes, and reviews in all aspects of poultry science of either basic or applied research. The journal seeks for high caliber publications and is committed to avoid publishing the papers which ignore the rules of ethics. Any type of plagiarism will be resulted in paper withdrawal from PSJ website once recognized and the corresponding author may be refrained from publishing in the journal permanently. The Journal disclaims any error made by authors and consequences arising from the use of information contained in the paper which will be probably published.

All papers submitted to PSJ are reviewed by an editor and members of the Editorial Board or capable external reviewers in a double-blind peer review process. Decisions will be made as quickly as possible, and the journal tries hard to return reviewers’ evaluations/comments to authors within 8 weeks.

The author(s) should follow the ethical policy of PSJ (COPE) and declare that the manuscript has not been published previously, and not being considered for publication elsewhere, in whole or in part. The commitment form (CSSAC) should be completed and submitted electronically or email to the Journal.
